We are 22 km from the center of Thessaloniki, 14 km from the airport Macedonia at Agia Triada on the sea

[ all the rooms have WC, shower, small kitchen, safe box, refrigerator, TV, roof ventilator, free wireless Internet and most of the rooms have air conditions [you can use air conditions if you want but you have to pay extra for the electricity [5 euro per day] ,it is up to you if you want to use normally or to spend energy without any reason]

Directions from Thessaloniki:

 Thessaloniki> Airport > Perea >N.Epivates >after 1 km there is the bus stop PLAZ on the main road ,you go right to the sea, we are on the sea ,[just oposit of plaz E.O.T], 1/2 km before the center of the village Agia  Triada [200m before Sun beach hotel] end one bus stop before Sun Beach Hotel

 

Directions by taxi or by bus] you can use the same bus ticket[1,50 euro for 90 minutes [ there is bus from 05 30 till 24 30 ]

A]  From the airport       

You must take a taxi [the charge is about 25 euro]

By bus: [the ticket is 1,50 euro ]Take the bus 79,you go back to IKEA [central station],you take bus[with the same tochet] 72 or 76  you get of at the bus stop PLAZ[the privious bus stop is THERETRA][we are  one bus stop before SUN BEACH hotel] end you go right to the sea side ,  we are in front of the sea.

By car from the airport: GPS :40°30'05.6"N 22°53'08.9"E

 Leaving from the airport you go right to Mixaniona direction, after 8 km you cross the first village Perea, you continue pass the next village N.Epivate and after about 1km there is the bus stop PLAZ end  there is a cross of the street and you go right to the sea side

B]  From the railway station [by bas ]: you must take No 2 or 3 or 78 [this is faster, the ticket is 1,50 euro] to go to IKEA [ is the central station], to change bus and with the same ticket to take the bus number 72 or 76 [this is faster] and you get off at the bus stop PLAZ [the previous bus stop is THERETRA] [we are one bus stop before Sun beach hotel] and you go right to the sea side where we are in the right corner in front of the sea.

Dear visitors, we send this e-mail or we give these instructions for the visitors that they are coming late or if for any reason I am not in the reception, how to get in and how to enter in their rooms.

You will found the keys and instructions in an envelope with your name] into the plastic post box left on the wall in front of the main door], there are 4 keys and a plastic card some times you will find 3 keys and a plastic card for the studios 101-104[are the studios for 4beds and more]

In a distance 300m there is the village Agia Triada and at 600m the village N. Epivates [for restaurants, tavernas, shopping]

If you are coming from swimming from the beach please wash your legs from the sand [there is water as you ender in the garden]

You can accept telephones into your room[0030-23920-53003 and after the voice mail they call the room number], if you want to telephone anywhere there is in the reception 3 pc with Skype

ATTENTION; 1]never throw the toilet paper into the toilet [there is biologic cleaning system and is for bitten] always into the basket and always take out the plastic card [that provides electricity] when you are leaving from  your room [refrigerator works and without the plastic card] end lock your door end please don't use the rooms towels for the beach

2]please try not to cause any damage because you put us in difficulty position to charge you the damage]

There is free wireless internet connection or you can use the 3 PC [that there are into the reception to get your e-mail [for wireless connection in your rooms] you must use the codec number[ 8830D33A62  ] and to choose Tzitzifies wireless connection

Facilities: laundry [3 euro per person], ,umbrellas and mattress for the beach[ free] and 3 PC for free use in the reception]

There is elevator use it to carry your luggage for studios 111-129]

Every room has a special door to protect you from the mosquitoes [so use them carefully], also there is a little machine with tablets put one tablet each night to keep the mosquitoes away, never leaves the balcony door open during the night, when you are to the balcony just close the door, it doesn’t lock].

PLEASE DON’T TAKE THE ARM CHAIRS TO THE BEACH  ,ALWAYS YOU MUST TAKE OUT THE PLASTIC CARD WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING FROM YOUR ROOM  [refrigerator works and without the plastic card]

Alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, TV, Ventilator und kostenloses W-lan. Einige Zimmer haben zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage (für die Kosten muss man allerdings extra aufkommen).

Man kann dasselbe Busticket verwenden (1,50 Euro für 90 Minuten).

A]  Vom Flughafen

Wenn man ein Taxi nimmt, zahlt man etwa 25 Euro. Nach dem Flufhafen Macedonia kommt man durch das erste Dorf (Perea), passiert das nächste Dorf (N.Epivate) und nach etwa 1 Kilometer sieht man auf der Hauptstraße das Schild PENSION TZITZIFIES. Hier biegt man rechts ab Richtung Meer.

Möchte man mit dem Bus fahren, nimmt man die Nr. 79 zurück zu IKEA (dort ist die Hauptbushaltestelle). Von hier kann man mit dem Bus Nr. 72 oder 76 weiterfahren und an der Station PLAZ aussteigen und einfach rechts Richtung Meer abbiegen.

B]  Vom Bahnhof

Von hieraus nimmt man den Bus Nr. 2 oder 3 (das Ticket kostet 1,50 Euro) bis zu IKEA. Hier wechselt man den Bus und nimmt die Nr. 72 oder 76, man kann dasselbe Ticket verwenden. An der Haltestelle PLAZ (ein Stopp vor SUN BEACH HOTEL) steigt man aus und geht rechts Richtung Meer. Das Hostel ist auf der rechten Seite direkt am Meer.
